This deposit is only refundable under the circumstances below:

  • sanchi.ink does not wish to do business with client

  • A request is made to cancel within a minimum 1 week notice of the tattoo appointment

If the project requested for this deposit purchase has been started, this deposit is not refundable.

  • You may reschedule your tattoo appointment if a refund is not applicable under the two circumstances above.

    • For example: I have already created art and spent time on your project, but a winter freeze hits and its unsafe to drive, the day before your tattoo appointment.

By paying this tattoo deposit you are agreeing to be present and pay for your tattoo appointment as agreed in the conditions of service.

Upon completion of the tattoo your deposit will be taken of the cost of the last session.
